Lord, by your grace please assist Johnny in living a life in accord with the sanctity of the body. Instill in his heart many graces for faith, hope, love, courage, joy, fortitude, and magnanimity. See that he always fight off any temptations to engage in impurity with others or alone in the face of temptations of imaginary brides. Lead this soul ever toward the eternal kingdom. Have mercy, Lord. Our Lady, angels, and saints, pray with us. Amen.

This is my system. 100% foolproof guaranty or your money back.
Mix super glue with sand and apply to both palms, duct tape both eyes shut, burn all the porn, if they are dvds then rub your now gritty hands all over them. Listen only to Gregorian Chant music, watch no tv, engage in no flirty talk, join a monastery, and you’ll be fine. Better to do all this than spend an eternity in hell.
Get busy, you got work to do
Praying God gives you the means to overcome this. I too suffer the same problems.

Prayer To Confess Pornography Involvement/Masturbation
Dear Heavenly Father, You have told us in Your Word to put on the Lord Jesus Christ and make no provision for the flesh in regard to its lusts (Rom. 13:14). I acknowledge that I have given in to fleshly lusts, in the form of [pornography and/or masturbation] that wage war against my soul (1 Pet. 2:11). I thank You that in Christ my sins are forgiven, but I have transgressed Your holy law and given the enemy an opportunity to wage war in my members (Eph. 4:27; Jas. 4:1; 1 Pet. 5:8). I come before Your presence to acknowledge these sins and to seek Your cleansing (1 Jn. 1:9) that I may be freed from the bondage of sin (Gal. 5:1). I now ask You to reveal to my mind the ways that I have transgressed Your moral law and grieved the Holy Spirit so that I may stay pure in body and soul before You. I ask this, my Lord, strengthened by the intercession of the Immaculate Virgin Mary, Mother of God, of Blessed Michael the Archangel, of the Blessed Apostles Peters and Paul, and all the Saints and Angels of Heaven, and powerful in the holy authority of Your Name. Amen.

P.S. Holy Water works wonders. Get a vial of it and every time you start having impure thought, cross yourself with the holy water and say an aspiration.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.
Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

St Thomas Aquinas, pray for us!
Try this:
Dear Jesus, I know that every perfect gift, and especially that of chastity, depends on the power of Your providence. Without You a mere creature can do nothing. Therefore, I beg you to defend by Your grace the chastity and purity of my body and soul. And if I have ever imagined or sensed anything that could stain my chastity and purity, blot it out, Supreme Lord of my powers, that I may advance with a pure heart in Your love and service, offering myself on the most pure altar of Your divinity all the days of my life. Amen.
And if you want the rest of the prayers check the Angelic Warfare Confraternity. Fight the devil, stay chaste.
And of course, I’m praying for you.
