Does it mean I have Adam and Eve DNA? how does it work? Am I took take it historically.

As far as I know the church merely states there was a first human Adam and a first female Eve. Theoretically all life descended from them. I don’t know if the church allows for multiple beginning points for humanity or if they all had to stem from them directly.
 
You have the DNA of the first humans…whether their name was Adam and Eve is doubtful…Adam and Eve represent the created humans who became the beginning of the human lineage.
