In my confession today, I stated my sins however there was a circumstance during a mortal sin which may have caused disrespect to another (a parent) During the sin I did not intentionally commit the sin to cause disrespect to my parent instead the disrespect came as a consequence of the sin.

I did not mention this circumstance in confession as I believe it wasn’t deliberate. Now I am worried I am guilty of withholding a sin and that I haven’t received absolution.

Any advice would be helpful.

Had your confessor wanted more detail, he would have asked. Sins are things we do with intent. As you said, you did not intend to disrespect your parent.

Our confessions are always universal (all mortal sins), so since there was no intention to deceive, there is no lack of absolution on that account. If it is remembered later that it is mortal then confess it next time.

Baltimore Catechism
Q. 755. What kind of sorrow should we have for our sins?
A. The sorrow we should have for our sins should be interior, supernatural, universal, and sovereign.
  • 756 … it should come from the heart, and not merely from the lips
  • 757 … it should be prompted by the grace of God, and excited by motives which spring from faith, and not by merely natural motives
  • 759 … we should be sorry for all our mortal sins without exception
  • 761 … we should grieve more for having offended God than for any other evil that can befall us

You may be suffering from scrupulosity.
The remedy is to talk about that with your confessor and follow his advice not ours.
Good luck.
