Lol im discerning priesthood so what I hear is “Its OK priests cant get married”
Then I say “yeah i know.”
-Pause-“your still gonna be a priest”?

I would also like to add the following:

Are you gay?

I was asked this several times. When I answer no, the follow up question is

Are you sure you’re not gay?

Yes I’m sure I’m not gay. :rolleyes:

Ouch!!!

My best friend is single and will remain so by preference. One of the busiest women I know!

Why, yes, it is indeed! 😉

Here’s another: While not offered uncharitably by any means, but being asked what your ‘type’ is as though the answer is in trying to find someone like a hidden objects puzzle.

Being offered to be set up seems awkward, IMO, unless both parties asked for that person to ‘scout’ for them.

Unless the other person is doing the asking themselves, its a one sided interest with a third party involvement:shrug:
