Yes it certainly is for all Christians. (Although I agree with Belloc that to be truly Christian is to be Catholic, and a non-Catholic Christian is only Christian in so far as they retain some elements of Catholicism, but I digress)

Yes it is something everyone should believe and act upon, but I never heard it termed “Human Respect” before getting into the traditional community.

Funny, after becoming a traditionalist and learning more than I cared to about the NO, the first thing I did when I got orders to PCS from Omaha to Monterey, CA was google EF masses (thanks be to God, Institute of Christ the King is just 1.25 hours north). Likewise, when considering where the AF will send me next, Mildenhall UK, Kadena Japan, first thing is always a google search for the EF. I’ll be happy when my second enlistment ends and I can relax as a civilian with my FSSP parish in Omaha until I die 🙂

I like this one. At our annual life chain event in Omaha where the entire diocese stands in a chain along the busiest street in Omaha (Dodge) and each parish gets a block, the only one that actually has people filling their assigned areas (as opposed to 3 to 6 people looking lonely) is our FSSP parish, in fact we usually end up spreading out onto the block next to us because theres so many there. And yes, always fills my heart with pride to see our priests out there on their knees in their cassocks, ignoring the middle fingers and leading us in prayer… they just look so… Catholic. 🙂

I’m guessing this Easter greeting is used almost exclusively by traditional Catholics these days:

Surrexit Dominus vere, alleluia!
Et apparuit Simoni, alleluia!

I haven’t read the one at mattkubes’ link but here is a great explanation of the Traditional perspective from the Remnant:

Just to clarify, nobody (that I know of) thinks the luminous mysteries themselves are evil or anything… but because the rosary is a private devotion, the degree to which Catholics sort of presumed that the 4th set was “supposed to be there” after Bl. JP2 came up with it is a bit unfortunate. There are many practical reasons why adding them is a bad idea in the opinion of many Catholics, all of whom are free to pray the rosary any way they wish. Please do read this article when you have a chance, it does in depth into the issue of the rosary’s “triune” character and the interesting history of Pope Paul VI setting an arguably wise precedent to not change the rosary, etc etc…

Thank you also for your link. I have been reminded that if Mary would have wanted her Rosary added to, she would of said so and told us what change. The Luminous are awesome but I will stick with what Mary wanted.

another thing me and my friend do:

and the other says: “Deo gratias.”
 
It doesn’t have anything to do with what a Traditionalist says, but I can sure pick them out of a Catholic dating site when they choose the option that says they wan’t 5+ kids. 👍 And obviously, they state they go to Latin Mass.

My favorite thing on Catholic Match was when I’d see women who said yes to papal infalibility, but no to teaching on contraception… The ability to use those questions as filters to sort the Catholic women from the fake-catholic women was one of the reasons I used and still recommend that site. It was mind boggling (and sad) how many poor confused souls were wondering around out there using the name catholic to identify themselves.
