As of late, my prayer life with the rosary has become a meditation on my life, my problems, leaving Christ as a secondary player. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it just temporary? Can you give me any tips or insights? I would appreciate it. God bless. onaquest.

Maybe just make the connection between your life and your problems and the life of Christ, and you’ll be internalizing how the mysteries apply to you. That could help you understand what you can do in your daily life to be more like Christ - an excellent way to pray.

It is not considered to be a problem, but I think it is a blessing. 🙂

I think so too.

It’s wonderful to have quiet few active thread on the Rosary during the month of May.

Thank you both for your replies. I find that when my mind does not lend itself to meditation I find comfort in the intercessory aspect of the rosary.

I will continue to incorporate my life with Chirst but right now they seem so far away.
