Please pray that my senior son has success at his state wrestling tournament this coming Friday. he has struggled for many years and has gotten better the last few years. it has been his dream to do well and I pray that he can have some success this coming weekend. he was never been the good wrestler but has gotten better because he has lived and breathed this sport the last 2 years. thanks you!

O God, you gave us bodies—
as well as minds and hearts—
with which to praise and worship you.
Our sports and exercises are a fitting use of gifts
and talents you have given us.
Bless our workouts and the games we play,
and those with whom we exercise or compete.
Give us strength, endurance, courage
and agility as we compete or train.
Keep us safe and healthy as we celebrate
our physical and mental skills in sport.
Amen.
 
I pray for Tayt, that he will set out to honor God
by his competition wrestling, and give Him the glory
praise and honor, because it is ultimately God that
enables him to excel in sports.
