There’s not one for Paul because he didn’t occupy an episcopal chair, he was a traveling missionary-bishop and that position didn’t have just one individual successor.
The five major Sees, Rome, Jerusalem, Antioch, Alexandria, and Constantinople have lists of successors. I don’t think any others do, but some metropolitan dioceses might, like Lyons, France for example. (I’ve never checked.)
