This would be so wonderful if true.

However if I remember correctly, Sudan intially claimed she was going to be released but then the Sudanese officials changed their minds a short time later. This story breaks my heart so I really, really hope this is true this time around. I’m just hesitant to believe this claim again. 😦 I was fooled the first time I heard this.

I pray for the courageous judge who ruled that she be freed. It is remarkable to see any official in any Islamic state act in a just manner on a religious issue.

I hope she and her husband and kids can get out of Sudan fast and never go back.

The most recent sad news is why I was hesitant to fully rejoice at Meriam Ibrahim’s supposed release (as per my above post). Sudan lied before about this and now it looks like they were eager for the opportunity to re-arrest her. It’s appalling. It is impossible for her to be safe while she is still in that horrible place.

I will be continuing to pray!! Let us storm heaven with our petitions. :gopray2:

I heard that she was just detained over a required document but then they found it at the airport and now she is on her way out of the country but it has not been disclosed where she is headed to in order to protect her.
