In the morning offering I do, I offer up my sufferings too. Do you think that will cover my sufferings for the day or do you think that I need to offer them up individually?
I think it covers it. However, there are times in our day when the suffering gets awfully intense, and I think it’s definitely to our own spiritual benefit to try and recollect ourselves again and place that moment’s offering before our Lord’s feet in union with his Cross and through the Immaculate Heart. We learn to suffer more gracefully, I think, by doing this.

A wise post from someone who has obviously been there.
I offer up any suffering I might have in the morning to Our Lady’s intentions, and after a severe period of pain I ask the Lord not to overdo it. I think I am cooked on that side.

Offer up your sufferings in the morning when you make your Morning Offering and they will all be covered. But you should also offer up individual sufferings throughout your day. God bless you.
