Sufficient fasting on Good Friday

I had the intention of observing fasting on Good Friday and made an effort to do so. Now I am considering that my fast may not have been sufficient, would this be something significant enough to require Confession before Communion tonight (considering that I actually went to Confession on Holy Thursday)?
 
I don’t see anything confessable here. You had the intention to observe the fast and made an effort to do so. Doubting the sufficiency of your effort does not mean it was indeed insufficient.

Remember that sin is a deliberate act. Unless you at some point made the conscious decision to abandon the fast (edited to add: without valid reason) I see no evidence of sin in this situation.
