Suggestions for a good Lent book...?

I found the Lamb’s Supper to be spiritual, using Scripture in his narrative.

I read it on a week-end retreat at a Trappist Monastery.

Their Sunday Mass, was the book’s description of the Mass in Heaven. 😃

Given the fact that you can buy a booklet (I think they only charged me shipping), I would not be surprised if it would not be on line. Then, again… maybe. Or maybe something different.
 
Right. Fr. Barron hasn’t mentioned that they would be available online, though. So who knows.

My criticism for his advent reflections might also be a plus for me and my add, but his reflections are very short. So that’s sometimes good. It sparks a great idea but doesn’t go deep.

I have too many books!! (That, in itself, can be a problem.)

In Conversation with God composed by Francis Fernandez is one of the best of daily devotionals for the Liturgical Calendar. So if anyone’s interested, take a look.

Divine Intimacy another daily devotion book for each day of the liturgical year is excellent. It’s written by Fr. Gabriel of Mary Magdeline, OCD. If people want to learn deeply Carmelite spirituality. This is the book for it.
 
Holy Week Easter by Jean Gaillard

Hard to find at a reasonable price but as I write this there is a copy available at ABE books.

I’ve read this book more than once and recommend it highly – because having read it, I can never pray the Lord’s Prayer the same way as I did before reading it!

Last year it was St. Alphonse Ligouri’s The Passion and Death of Jesus Christ. The year before that I read Thomas Kempis On The Passion of Christ According to the Four Evangelists. Both are great books for lent so I suggest one of those two.
