Is there a website that has the Summorum Pontificum OFFICIALLY translated into English?

I would have to say that the Vatican Information Service is fairly official even though they say that this is the “unofficial” translation.

The above is the letter to the bishops which accompanied Summorum Pontificum. If the Motu Proprio itself is in English on the Vatican web site, I can’t fnd it.

This site has posted the entire unofficial English text of the Motu Proprio, the Cover Letter, and the Explanatory Note as released by the Vatican Information Service on July 7, 2007.

I compared it against my own saved web pages from that day to verify that it is indeed the same text.
