Yes, Catholics over the age of 65 still have an obligation to attend Mass. There is no age limit on our Sunday obligation. The only limit is what we are capable to doing. If someone is ill or frail and unable to attend Mass then their obligation is abrogated, no one can be obligated to do the impossible. But age has nothing to do with it.
And, yes, if we are on vacation we still have an obligation to attend Sunday Mass if there is a Catholic Mass within a reasonable distance. Once again, we cannot be obligated to do the impossible so if there is no Mass within a reasonable distance then our obligation is abrogated. Otherwise, we are still obligated to attend Mass no matter where we are.
