Regarding employers who make all workers work on Sunday…

Should employers be forced to make accommodations for someone like me who truly trusts his God and practices his religion like it was intended by God to be practiced?

How do I make a potential employer not discriminate against me?

depending on the type of work, I believe you can signify in your ‘requested hours’ portion of your job application that you cannot work on Sundays…

True. But, not all applications have requested days/hours on their application. And none ask why you can’t work on those days.

And its illegal to discriminate based on religion. I’ve filled out 100’s of job apps over the past 7 years.

maybe you can simply make a point of it during your job interview…?

True. But only if you get that far.

I do and its tough b/c I know it puts a strain on management, and these retail managers are already overstressed and overworked. So, its like giving them one more thing to manage.
