I have heard that the Lord’s day is actually from sundown on Saturday to sundown on Sunday. I usually go to Saturday evening mass, so I treat it as the Lord’s day from mass to Sunday evening.

What do you all know about this?

No. Sunday time, liturgically speaking, is reckoned from sundown Saturday to midnight Sunday.

Plenty of churches, especially in large cities or University towns, have masses at 7pm, 9 pm, even 10 pm (one near me at 10.30pm!) on Sundays to cater to people who still want to fulfil the obligation but may not be willing or able during the day.
