Surgery Monday morning

I’ll be having surgery on Monday morning. Thanks already to those of you who have offered prayers on my behalf.

I have a severely torn achilles tendon from a basketball injury just over a week ago. Rehab is going to take 6-8 weeks at least…at least I’m already used to the crutches!

Hello Marco Polo and I am very sorry to hear of your injury. I hear it is very painful . Lord heal my brother in Christ MARCOPOLO OF THIS INJURY AND MAKE HIM WHOLE. LORD LEAD THE SURGEON THROUGHOUT THIS OPERATION AND LET ALL GO VERY WELL . Let Marco Polo be totally healed and in a short recovery time. thanks for doing this Lord , in the name of Jesus, amen .

Praying that the Lord will guide the surgeon’s hands and all who assist…

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
 
Thanks for the prayers everyone of you. Surgery went well they told me. I am now at home on the way to recovery. There are a few weird sensations, probably from anesthesia, so hopefully those will subside. God bless us every one! 🙂

Thanks again for continued prayers. I won’t be able to drive for probably 6 weeks (it was the right ankle). And a full recovery is 4-6 months. So prayers for my just getting around and not being helpless are appreciated. 🙂
