It doesn’t take a Hollywood quality photo to do the job. The doc just wants to see the degree of curvature to determine the type of surgery needed - grafting for severe cases, plication for less severe.I guess to some extent I think that’s reasonable. All’s I can say, though, is that he’s one heck of a doctor if he can work from some home pictures probably made with inadequate lighting, proper timing, left-hand, etc.
And he’ll probably want a followup in a couple of months too.

Probably just thinking about the future with his wife after the correction will be enough. To believe that one must always have intercourse because one has an erection is absolutely silly. Don’t go teaching that as a necessity to a 13 year old boy. They have enough of a struggle as it is.What’s the problem with doing what is required for the surgery so a man perform is marrital duties and go to Confession, if necessary, afterwards?

No because the marriage bed is undefiled ( by this I mean he is not lusting after another womane ) and the photo is for a legitiment medical purpose which will only be seen by those studying to be doctors or by doctors.If a man is going to have surgery to correct a sexual deformity that prevents intercourse and the surgeon requires a photo of the deformity (seen only during sexual arousal) in order to plan the surgery, is it a sin for the man’s wife to arouse him sexually for the purpose of taking the photo, knowing that the act will not end in intercourse?
Amen to that. (Speaking for women)Also sleeping REM causes errections, so must a man with sexual relations with his wife every mourning? If you think such, I bet your wife is out of bed well before you wake up in the mourning and likely running out the door when you wake up.
