Please, could you pray for my husband and myself? I have severe spinol stenosis and other physical and mental problems and had surgery for another physical problem in December. My husband, who is my caregiver, is employed full time, taking care of a disabled mother, has a stressful job, and has a long drive to and from work every day. He is so precious and is always there for me. I am so thankful to the Lord for this wonderful man, but his shoulders are only so broad. I pray to St. Joseph and his guardian angel for him and they have taken good care of him. We carry our crosses together as best we can, but we could use more prayers. I’d rather not have to have surgery any time soon but I pray often as Our dear Lord prayed, not my will, but His be done. Thank you and God bless you all. I’m also praying for our family members to return to the faith. Could you throw that intention in there also? Thank you.:signofcross:

Heavenly Father, please hear my prayer for Susie. Please her and keep her, comfort her and give her the strength she needs to bear the crosses she carries.

I make my prayer through Jesus Christ your Son

Amen.

Praying for you Susie, and for your husband…

May God give you the strength to get through these challenges you both are facing.

May Christ support us all the day long,
till the shadows lengthen,
and the evening comes,
and the busy world is hushed,
and the fever of life is over
and our work is done.
Then in his mercy
may he give us a safe lodging,
and holy rest and peace at the last.
Amen

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Susie,

I am sorry for your great suffering.

I offer prayers that God wil provide peace and joy to you and your husband in the days ahead.

Blessings,
Kathleen

Thank you Kathleen. Please don’t feel sorry for me. I try to be thankful for all that the Lord gives me. You are in my prayers also, sweetheart.

Lord, please give comfort and strength to Susie and her husband as they bear their crosses as best they can. Please heal Susie and let her bypass surgery for the time being.
In Christ Jesus holy Name, I pray,
Amen.

O Good Saint Anne,
so justly called the Mother of the infirm,
the health of those who suffer from disease,
look kindly upon the sick person for whom I pray.

Alleviate their sufferings,
cause them to sanctify them by patience,
and by complete submission to divine will.
Finally deign to obtain health for them
and with it the firm resolution to honour Jesus, Mary and yourself
by the faithful performance of their Christian duties.

Amen.
