kalt, I never said I don’t agree with all vaccines. However, it is my opinion, and the opinion of many other qualified medical professionals, that vaccines actually tend to weaken our immune system. I haven’t had a flu shot in years, and I work in a hospital, and haven’t been sick yet.

Of course, for some people who do have weakened immune systems due to disease or some other factor, vaccines can be a lifesaver depending on the developer and the patient.

I’m not one that tends to believe that we should medicate for everything. We should give the body a chance to heal itself naturally, and in the long run this will build up our immunity.

Of course, herbs and vitamins should be taken at all times and in the right doses, and chemical medicine should be taken when there is cause. Not just to push the pharmacutecal agenda, however. That is my main point.

So, Please, in the future, try not to assume what people are saying and if you are unclear; then, ask for a clarification. 🙂
Did you miss my first sentence? I asked if you are one of those…

Then I went on to talk about how dangerous talking like that is. If you are not one of those, no need to take offense. My comments aren’t about you.

Blanket statements like “vaccines are dangerous” scare many people needlessly. I know people who don’t get the flu shot because they “heard somewhere” that it causes the flu.

I know people who won’t immunized their kids because they “heard somewhere” that the shots cause autism.

This is rubbish, but many people believe it.

The herb and “natural” cures pushers are the worst offenders on that count.

The latest diet aide fiasco should be a warning to all that traditional western medicine is not an evil empire, and that your doctor’s advice - eat better food, eat less of it, and move more - is legitimate advice.

Too many Americans want a pill for everything. And when their doctor won’t recommend it, they go to the “natural” cures. If it’s an herb, it can’t be dangerous. It’s “all natural”.

Since I know someone will pipe in about bad doctors, let’s just get it clear that we’re talking about legitimate good doctors here.

A relative of mine had high BP, was overweight, and smoked. This relative thought that taking pills was a bad thing. “I’m not going to live on pills.” Dead at 40 of a massive heart attack.

For those who doubt (or refuse to believe) that Christians blame God and those who don’t toe their (televangelists’) line for disasters, here it is to view with your own eyes and hear with your own ears. ’

Protestant televangelists do that all the time, Kalt. I don’t know why anyone would deny it, or what it has to do with Catholics specifically just because one particular Catholic had said that he had not heard about it in this one particular instance. If we all thought that any harm that befell a Muslim-dominated country or population was a matter of God’s retribution for them being Muslims, then there probably wouldn’t be any nuns in Somalia getting kidnapped and murdered and such, or in Afghanistan working with Catholic Relief Services to distribute school supplies to children and other aid to the needy. But, praise be to God, there still are!

That person asked for proof that it actually happened, so I posted a link to one example.

Ah, thinking out loud. I am glad to be a Catholic and not to worry and counting the days when the world may end. 👍

I am glad that we are not subjected ot any whim and fancy of men about when God’s judgment happens and will come, by the things we see everyday on this earth.

Let Muslims, and JWs and Protestants 😉 do all the worrying and us Catholics just go about our everyday business in faithfulness to the living God.

I wonder how they would explain the Tsunami in Indonesia?
The same Jews that were behind 9/11 were also behind the Tsunami. There is a lot of proof for this conclusion. Of the over two hundred thousand people who died in the Tsunami only seven were Israeli Jews. Luckily, top secret Israeli intelligence documents attesting to Israeli involvement in the Tsunami, written in english rather then hebrew to confuse the enemy, were secretly obtained and published (no mean feat considering that the Jews control all the world’s media). These documents indicate that the Tsunami was caused by a secret underground nuclear test carried out by Israel. Israel was also interested in the Tsunami to increase sales of its Tsunami early warning systems. Even if we accept that the Tsunami was an act of God we should take into account that we are talking about the God of Israel. 🙂

However it does not stop there. Jews are trying to get everyone circumcised by claiming that circumcised males have over a fifty per cent lower rate of contracting STD"s and even have a reduced risk of contracting and transmitting certain types of cancers.🤷

Now they come up with the fact that a potentially fatal flu virus is partially incubated in swine to get people to stop raising pigs and eating pork.🤷

And don’t even get me started about those “Kaballah for Dummies” courses aimed at non-Jewish celebrities.🤷

Where will it end 😉
