Are there any truly Catholic symbols for St. Michael the Archangel or St. Jude? I’m not particularly looking for a huge painting or anything, but more of a simplistic, traditional representation (Not a Wiccan, Mystik, or other non-Catholic representation, of which I have seen many links to in my searches on google) of either of these saints? An example of what I mean is like the dove representing the Holy Spirit, or IHS for Jesus, or like the Celtic trinity symbol. Or does anyone know of any reputable sources for this type of information?

St Jude is typically represented with an axe, bearded man holding an oar, a boat, a boat hook, a book, a carpenter’s rule, a club, halberd, scroll, square rule, sword, and nearly every image depicts him wearing a medallion with a profile of Jesus, and usually with a small flame above his head
He often carries a pen or sits at a writing location to make reference to the canonical Epistle

St Michael the Archangel is represented with
a balance (helping to judge at the Last Judgment), a banner (as the leader of the army of God), a dragon (representing the defeated devil), scales (helping to judge at the Last Judgment), and a sword (as a soldier of God)

This may or may not have been what you are looking for. This info comes from https://catholicsaints.info/
