Take up the Slogan
by Donald F Hudzinski

It is time, for men to take a stand against Planned Parenthood’s slogan, “My Body My Choice”. These women do not have a choice because, men choose first. Men take up our slogan, “My Seed My Choice My Child” and any women who will not respect this choice will not get our seed.

We are in control for we can say no, there is no reason women should have to every make this choice. We can stop this nonsense right now. Ask the question men, and respond to the answer.

We respect our seed, keep it in high regard, and as the parable says, we plant it in good soil, for we love the outcome, we are farmers. You strike at our seed and you strike us. Find our seed not worthy and we are also, and we need not know you.

A woman who has chosen the slogan, “My Body My Choice” has chosen to be single and never marry or to have sex.

The church should tell women who marry, that if they use contraception or have an abortion, they will not receive an annulment, but their spouse will receive an annulment. Then if they feel that they would be better off, single, so be it.

Just like if a man who cheats on his spouse, should not receive an annulment, but their spouse will receive an annulment.

We have to bring honor back into our marriages and learn to respect children right to a family.

We can do it men, we lead the good fight, and we can win.

I have a question…what about those men that walk out on their women when they find out they are pregnant???

Like my good friend whom had a few problems with her live-in fiance, during a drunken rutt of hers, feeling all depressed it was her parent’s death anniversary, and she got herself into a few issues with the friends she was hanging out that night, and ended up involving her fiance and he walked out on her because he said he couldn’t take her drama…this was 3 weeks ago…Then recently found out she’s pg went and told him and he told her he was too young to have kids?!

I am not saying “her body her choice” but what happens with situations like this where she wants to be there and keep the child and give things another try and the man just doesn’t care? She told him that he will never see his child for saying that…He told her he didn’t care…

“My Body My Choice”
No thanks. I’d rather take up the slogan “In Christ Jesus I live.” It says everything that needs to be said.

You pray for her and for him. And silence is golden.

Yes thank you I am trying to keep a distance and pray for them…

See we need this slogan, more than every. It could change lives. I am sold we need it…

I understand your passion, but we must be realistic with consequences.

Sorry Don, but this cannot work! An annulment is a statement that a sacramental marriage never took place. It cannot be sacramental for one spouse and not the other. It is not possible for one spouse to receive an annulment and the other one remains married to him/her!

Furthermore, a man cheating on his spouse is not grounds for annulment unless it is a clear sign that he had never intended to remain faithful. You really need to know more on declarations of nullity and the reasons for them.

I admire your idealism. Even though I tend to agree with the quoted and above post, there are better ways to go through and foward the pro-life movement.

Keep on fighting! Never lose that passion and idealism!

(Lk 2: 44-

44 Thinking that he was in the caravan, they journeyed for a day and looked for him among their relatives and acquaintances,
45 but not finding him, they returned to Jerusalem to look for him.
46 After three days they found him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions,
47 and all who heard him were astounded at his understanding and his answers.
48 When his parents saw him, they were astonished, and his mother said to him, “Son, why have you done this to us? Your father and I have been looking for you with great anxiety.”
49 And he said to them, “Why were you looking for me? Did you not know that I must be about my Father’s work?”
50 But they did not understand what he said to them.
51 He went down with them and came to Nazareth, and was obedient to them; and his mother kept all these things in her heart.
52 And Jesus advanced (in) wisdom and age and favor before God and man.

Christ does nothing but the will of the father, so when He left with His parents, He was doing the Father’s will, the restoration of marriage by the Incarnation of His Son. His parents, though, they did not understand this at the moment, come to understand it and its meaning for themselves and others.

The Incarnation of our marriage is the Eucharist, which is the heart and summit of our marriages just like it was for Joseph and Mary.

I love Christ and my wife loves Christ, and our children love Christ, so we all can come closer to perfect love of Christ, in this perfect unity of love, that we are now family. This perfect love of ours brings us to a love of each other for we can not love perfectly, without the love of Christ. This love of Christ makes us into His likeness.

Our children will tell Dr Phil, “I am just like Christ, I did not want to be like Christ, but here I am.”, instead of I am like my father or mother.

The Church only makes this statement to the one, who filled for the annulment, not to the other, they must file a too, if they want an annulment. You can asume that just because one was grant the other is also.

This is totally incorrect. I do not assume anything. Any Canon Lawyer will confirm what I stated.

That does make true or right, maybe they should review thier prospectives for I do not recall an incident were a couple filed for an annulment.

I’m not sure I agree with everything you’ve said, but you raise (at least in my mind) an interesting idea…that men should take on this issue as the true leaders that God created men to be. A huge % of girls/women are prematurely s*xually active because of either direct pressure from the boys/men they know, or the more indirect and insidious desire to be more like men and to have what men have. If we could reach a large % of men, the women would follow. Beyond that, if men took responsibility for their actions, you know, acted like men, especially when it comes to being real fathers and husbands women would be hugely more enthusiastic about being mothers, even when it wasn’t planned. Women who revere birth control often use it so as not to upset their husbands or so that they can “be more like men” (as in having the career and more carefree life…). So I would say that the abortion issue is in large part about the boys of America learning to be real men. I’m not sure if that gives me hope or makes me feel worse.

There’s something about the attitude here that I find terribly offensive.

First, if males kept their pants zipped a lot of problems would disappear. That doesn’t happen and doesn’t seem likely to happen. How much have we read in the past week about the North Carolina governor, Mark Sanford, and his problems. Go back a little further and we get Elliot Spitzer. Bill Clinton. John Ensign. John Edwards. And many, many others.

You think these guys care about where they put their seed?
We are in control for we can say no, there is no reason women should have to every make this choice. We can stop this nonsense right now. Ask the question men, and respond to the answer.
And you know something, it’s exactly this “control” issue that hardens hearts.

Abortion is one area where women have the control and men just have to accept it.

When a woman is pregnant the guy has absolutely no power. If she wants to continue the pregnancy, she can. And even if he never expected to become a daddy, he’s going to owe child support for the next 18 years. If she wants to end the pregnancy, he can’t stop her.

How about instead of reverencing your sperm, you reverence the woman who receives it? Honor her by not using her as merely an object of your lust, but as your sacred partner. Honor the capacity of her body to bring life into the world. Honor her by creating the type of family environment that welcomes a child. Honor her by giving her your entire self, physical, spiritual, and emotional.

Who said I was lust after women? This is a man who can not say NO. A man who can say NO does not lust, but respects his spouse. Notice I said spouse… It is foolishness to think that a woman could fullfill the cravings of a man…

I’m seriously considering getting a bumper sticker that reads, “Not Your Body, Not Your Choice.” After all, it’s scientifically more accurate.

From the religious angle, though, mothers who bear the physical, financial, and emotional burden of carrying to term children they cannot keep and who responsibly give them up for adoption could use a phrase very familiar to Catholics: “My body, given up for thee.” The context and meaning are different from in the mass, but as long as that is understood it strikes me as a powerful slogan for maternal love.

No Don, the other spouse is given a chance to respond. The decree is for the marriage not for the one spouse. Both are free to marry if a decree is granted.
