I was baptized catholic. I was an altar boy. I was married in the Lutheran church and belong to that church even though I don’t attend often. When I go to a catholic service can I take communion ? I’m very confused
Excellent question. Perhaps Jesus is calling you back to commune with Him in this very intimate encounter?I was baptized catholic. I was an altar boy. The Holy Spirit is calling you back home. You need to discuss this with a Priest who will be able to give you the correct guidance & direction.I was baptized catholic. I was an altar boy. As a Lutheran, Catholics have asked us very politely to not commune in their church. You will however find some poorly educated Lutherans (and perhaps some Catholics) who will claim otherwise - I urge you to do as Catholics have asked and not receive communion, as a guest in their church.I was baptized catholic. To return to the reception of the sacraments in the Catholic Church you would need to make an appointment with your local Catholic pastor.I did have holly communion and was baptized and confirmed in the Catholic Church
