This is very close to being spam.
Still wondering why you would report this as spam. Or even consider it close to being spam.

Maybe you could elaborate.

About the topic.

I have heard of “key man” policies. And I think those make a lot of sense. If a company with a bunch of employees would close if someone died, then heck, lets make sure the company has the money to continue.

But to get policies on, as the article said, the rank and file seems very ghoulish.

I think I would have a real hard time signing a consent form for one of these policies.

The reason I thought this might be spam is that it coldly links us to a article about business related things.

I didn’t report it, because I will only do that if I am 100% certain it is spam, but the format is too similar to it. I wouldn’t just post a link without any explanation.

I stand corrected, however (I don’t mean this sarcastically). I’m glad I didn’t report it.

Actually it is true - Walmart does it - I saw a program on TV where a family accidentally received a letter from the insurance company about the payout that was not meant for them - they showed the letter on TV - it was meant for Walmart and was mailed to the family accidently. Walmart looked at its employees and picked the sickest ones and gambled with life insurance that that person might die to get the insurance payout - alot of company s are doing it without employees knowing - the public was never meant to know - this was uncovered years ago - I saw it on 60 minutes.

The girl in the program had severe asthma and did indeed die and Walmart got the payout.
