Most certainly. In fact, Eucharistic processions through towns used to be a regular part of the Feast of Corpus Christi. They have since, unfortunately, become far less common, or restricted just to parish grounds.
Then the person incurs grave sin. Jesus did not shield His face from abuse, but willing exposed it to violence for our sake. This is no different

Often I give money to homeless people, and folks ask why I do that when the homeless person is just going to spend it on drugs or alcohol. I figure that how the homeless people spends the money is on them, but whether or not I give them money is on me. The decision to bring Jesus to people who work at abortion clinics is similar. How the clinic workers react to Jesus is on them, but whether or not we give them a chance to react to Jesus is on us.
I'm not sure whether he would need the permission of the Bishop or not. But it's an excellent practice, bringing our Eucharist Lord to the place where souls need His presence most.
It's a.reminder that we in the US need to take up the practice of Eucharist processions more often - we are in quite a pitched battle everywhere.As someone with family working hands on with homeless folk I would strongly urge you not to give money especially as you are aware where it will go. Please. Cannot urge this strongly enough, YOU have a right sense of personal and social responsibility but they do not and remember that if they are drunk or drugged they will not be admitted to refuges. Also they live among sharks called drug dealers who have no scruples in fleecing them of whatever cash they have, Here in Ireland the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal in Limerick set up outside an abortion clinic. It was not well received. Time and place.
