Music-Based Evangelization
"The Ladies of Cecilia" are looking for a few good voices.

We are “The ladies of Cecilia”, a vocal ensemble of orthodox, home-schooled, Catholic young women who wish to use our musical talents and knowledge of the faith to make a difference in peoples lives. The principle focus of our ministry is the advancement of the culture of life by the promotion of authentic Catholic family values to today’s young people. Through music and songs that they can relate to, our goal is to instill in our young people a better understanding of the truths of the Faith, which, in turn, will better equip them to challenge the anti-life and anti-family mentality that is so prevalent in today’s society.

Why, may I ask, just home-schooled girls?

Coming from a home-school or Latin Mass background is NOT an absolute requirement.

In general, we have found such individuals to be better disciplined, more traditional in there manner of dress (modesty) and deportment, and far more knowledgeable about their Catholic faith. All of these qualities are very important to the work of our apostolate, so it is for these reasons that we are focusing our talent search efforts in these areas. But, as I said above, this is not an absolute requirement.

We would be interested in talking to any orthodox young lady who meets our basic requirements, Even if their knowledge of the faith is somewhat lacking, as long as they have the desire to do this kind of work and are open to learning more about their faith, we are willing to work with them and provide the necessary instruction.
