Everyone in the church when it comes to sin say “Well I yielded to Satan”. Now I don’t say I don’t believe in Satan but I think people give him way too much credit. Is he omnipotent? He seems to be ever present and the cause of all evil. I think our own natures and desires are our problems, habit too when leaving sin. It seems to me anyway after absolution and I can really feel God’s presence like during adoration that when it hits. I think it might be simply always being in a state of sin when you’re in grace you are not used to the state of grace and you’re tempted by your nature too. Opinions? lol. It’s almost like “The devil made me do it!” Being in grace sure takes getting used to after not going to confession for awhile.
