We have adoration at our parish on Thursdays that ends at 9:00pm. Would it be ok to sing the Tantum Ergo at reposition?

It depends per parish. But the Tantum Ergo for us is always sung while the priest incenses the Blessed Sacrament before Benediction.

Right. Tantrum Ergo is appropriate while the Sacrament is still exposed.

If it’s just a group of adorers with no ceremony, you can sing the Tantum Ergo as the last hymn while the Blessed Sacrament is still exposed, just prior to reposition. Then during reposition or right after, Holy God, We Praise Thy Name can be sung.
