Tarni is 17. It is night time in Queensland Australia where she lives. She is having extremely severe flashbacks of her recent rape. I am helping her do exposure therapy now. Please pray for her healing and recovery and protection and grace from God.

St. Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,
and do thou,
O Prince of the heavenly hosts,
by the power of God,
thrust into hell Satan,
and all the evil spirits,
who prowl about the world
seeking the ruin of souls.

Amen.

The online session went well, and she has gone to bed. Thank you!

Praying for Tarni’s physical, emotional, mental & spiritual health & recovery.

Prayer for Post Traumatic Stress

“Dear Heavenly Father,

Tarni feels overwhelmed with fear and anxiety. She is depressed and her mind is stressed.

Lord, you said you would provide for all of our needs and that means physical, mental and spiritual needs. We need you to cover all of Tarni’s needs. Show her the areas that she needs to release into your hands. You are the only one capable of covering all of those things.

This circumstance that Tarni is in today is of no surprise to you. Take what satan meant for evil and use it to draw Tarni closer to you. As she relies on you for strength, send her the joy of you.

When she feels overwhelmed, lead her to the verses that she needs to anchor herself in. Send your presence when she speaks your word out loud.

In the name of your Son, Jesus, bind the demonic forces of stress, anxiety, depression and anger from Tarni. Help her to give all these emotions to you. As she gives them to you, please replace them with a peace that passes all understanding.

Cover Tarni with your love, and comfort. Give her the understanding of who she really is in You, Lord. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

†

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Holy Michael the Archangel defend us in the day of battle.
Be our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,
and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host,
by the Power of God,
thrust down to hell satan and all the wicked spirits,
who wander through the world for the ruin of souls.
Amen.

Remember, O most loving Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession and was left forsaken. Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you I come, before you I stand, a sorrowful sinner. Despise not my words, O Mother of the Word, but in your mercy, hear and answer me.
Amen

I pray that Tarni would recover completely and be covered in God’s peace. :signofcross:

Prayer For All Victims of Rape, Incest and Spousal Abuse

Dear God of endless love,
ever caring, ever strong,
always present, always just:
You gave your only Son
to save us by the Blood of His Cross.
Gentle Jesus, shepherd of peace,
Join our anguishing souls to your own suffering
the pain of all who have been hurt
in Body, Mind, and Spirit
by those who betrayed the trust placed in them.
Hear our cries as we agonize
over the harm done to our brothers and sisters.
Breathe wisdom into our prayers,
soothe restless hearts with hope,
steady shaken spirits with faith:
Show us the way to justice and wholeness,
enlightened by truth and enfolded in your mercy.
Holy Spirit, comforter of hearts,
heal your people’s wounds
and transform our brokenness.
Grant us courage and wisdom, humility and grace,
so that we may act with justice
and find peace in you.
We ask this healing through Christ, our Lord. Amen.
