Tattoo question

I am new to this website and was reading some of the past questions. Someone had asked if it was okay to get a rosary tattoo and she was told yes. I just happened to watch on EWTN on Threshold of Hope where Fr. Mitch Pacwa said that in the book of Leviticus it states no it is not okay. Do you still say yes?
