Maggie i am truly sorry for your loss of your grandson and can see why you loath tattoos so much because of losing him in the way you did its so hurtful that people judge you because of a tattoo it really is, the fact he couldnt get work is ridiculous being judged like that is terrible people are so quick to judge on what is on the outside so if you have a tattoo that automatically makes you an outcast? that is wrong and thats what ive tried to say to the first time i posted on this topic.

Suicide gets rather messy. It goes way beyond hurt feelings. It is called dead for no good reason.
I know all too well the effects of suicide on a family as it has happened in mine i had to tell my 8 year old adopted brother that his biological mother had killed herself so i know how messy it gets believe me seeing a little boy cry like that is something that will stay with me forever.

And all the darn people in the world who keep pushing crazy fad’s on kids should know better. They ought to have to clean up the blood and guts of a 22 year old who commits suicide because of stupid freaky tatoos and the garbage they talked him into. They ought to answer the phone at 3:30 am to screaming and crying parents saying : Chris is dead…He is Dead what do we do. That sound of anguish echoes through every fiber of my body every time I see a young person all marked up with tatoos and body piercings.

Education is the key then educating people of what things can happen because of them thats what should be done not calling someone a freak or telling them that it is wrong that only makes people do it all the more, “stupid freaky tattoos” thats only your opinion and i understand why i really do but generalising everyone is really not the way to go which is what i meant by your words being hurtful, your grandson was judged because of them and thats awful it really is but by your sweeping generalisations you are doing the same you are judging.
With what you have been through your experiences you could really help somebody someone who was in pain like your grandson but all people see is judgement thats all i have tried to say.
I really hope someone else doesnt have to go through what your grandson went through but i dont think tattoos are part of the bigger picture some people judge those who are different its time to educate others that its okay to be different that god still loves us even if we are.
Surely thats what the love of god is all about.
I hope you find some peace you and your family, as im sure your grandson has now.
god bless

Im going to take that last post as sarcasm uncalled for sarcasm i might add.
I truly hope one day that when you look back on that statement you can see how upsetting that sounds i might have tattoos but i would never intentionally say something so hurtful to someone.
Im sorry for your pain i really am but i cannot understand why you would want to inflict pain on others with your harsh words and emotes, obviously your grief is terrible as is anyones who loses someone they love and i have only tried to show you some compassion i can see thats been thrown back in my face that wont however stop me from offering it to someone else when they need it because thats the kind of person i am.
I hope your anger in time fades and you eventually find some peace i really do.
