Dear new friends,
Grace and Peace to you in God our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ.
I am involved in a major legal battle with the federal government of Canada over tax-funded abortion/murder. I have worked full time for most of the past 26 years fighting for the Church’s teachings on Life, Chastiy and the Family. Through God’s grace, utterly unworthy that I am, I became personal friends with Blessed Mother Teresa and Pope John Paul II from 1984 to their deaths.
Disgraced and ashamed by our government which has used our income tax to murder 3 million preborn brothers and sister since 1969, I decided with much reflection and counsel to refuse to file my income tax beginning in the Great Jubilee Year of 2000. I was convicted for just 3 of those years '00,'01 & '02, on Nov.9, 2007 and sentenced to a minimum fine of $1000 per year. They will charge me with 5 more years soon, no doubt. I have made it clear to the court and the press that I will never file or pay any fine until the law is changed prohibiting tax- funded abortion/murder. A leading legal mind in my province of New Brunswick advised me to appeal. I have done so but am in need of a great deal of financial support to proceed. If I have to abandon the appeal for lack of resources, I will go to jail on April 4, 2008 because of my refusal to file or pay fines and will never be released unless the law is changed and that seems unlikely. I am married, aged 63, and have four children, aged 9,5,4 and 2. A person of substantial means has pledged to take care of the financial needs of my family for as long as I am in jail. It is likely of interest to many to know that if I were to file my income tax for the past 8 years, the government would owe me many thousands of dollars. You may learn more of all this at:
