Te Deum Chant notation in English

My wife and I have been doing the LoH and as we have gotten into it more, we have started going beyond recitation. Currently we are trying to do an English translation of the Te Deum in chant. We have found several on youtube but what we are looking for is just the Chant notation for the English translation. Getting it for Latin is no problem but we want it in English. I would even consider buying a book with it as long as the book is under $100.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have searched both the sites linked and numerous others. I have found plenty of Te Deum in chant notation (square notes, 4 line staff) in Latin and plenty in English but in modern musical notation; ie 5 line staff and treble/bass clef.

What I am looking for is English translation with music is square notes, chant notation. I can find it on youtube but they do not show the whole sheet so I cannot get a screen capture to print.
