Just to be clear, I’m not looking to do anything illegal, illegitimate or in violation of copyright.

It would stink to have to stand in judgement for stealing a song which I could have gotten off iTunes for 99 cents.

Took some digging to find it but…

Turns out it is Lutheran, chanted by Rev. Benjamin T. G. Mayes for the Brotherhood Prayer Book, which is apparently similar to the Liturgy of the Hours. The Lutheran Liturgical Prayer Brotherhood has links on their home page to all the chants used in the Prayer Book in MP3 including the Te Deum in English.

Lutheran… who knew? Hope they are not offended that a Catholic is going to use it.

Anyway, now I can learn it in English and then move to the Latin should I choose to do so. Listening on my iPhone right now.
