I have difficulty understanding when something with regards to temperance becomes excessive (gluttony). My main issue is computer usage; how long is too long (mortal sin)? Sometimes I spend a total of 4 or 5 hours on a weekend day (I do try to put in breaks) but it’s very difficult to get off. It’s web surfing, sometimes on this site even, but I just don’t know if it’s a grave sin. If possible please provide official references with answers.
