As i read through my old catechist book, I began to read all about grace (both Sanctifying and actual grace).
As i read a bit more about Sanctifying grace, it says, " Sanctifying grace makes us temples of the Holy Spirit."
My question is why did the Holy Spirit choose our body to be our temples and what does the Holy Spirit do in our “temples” ?
