I was wondering, because although I believe in having sex until I am married, and so on. I was raised with good morals and values, and I feel like I am not tempted to do anything sexual. Does that mean it’s worse than if I were tempted and didn’t do it? I guess I can’t explain it, but I hope you all know what I am getting at. Thanks!

Temptation is not sinful. Remember, even Jesus was tempted.

(Matthew 4:1 RSV) Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil.

(Hebrews 2:18 RSV) For because he himself has suffered and been tempted, he is able to help those who are tempted.

(Hebrews 4:15 RSV) For we have not a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin.

Pax Tecum,
Holly 🙂
