Jesus was tempted during his life but never sinned. By His death He conquered evil and is no longer subject to temptation. God the Father and God the Holy Spirit are not and never have been subject to temptation.

This question presents a temptation for men to try God’s shoes.

What is there to tempt the One that made it possible for one to be tempted?

How can God be ever-perfect in the sense of changelessness and be tempted?

Moot questions.

“God cannot be tempted with evil and he himself tempts no one” (James 1:13)
Part of the confusion is also caused by the two meanings of the word “tempt”- “to (try to) persuade or attract to do something”.

Jesus was tempted by Satan in the sense that Satan tried to persuade him to do evil. Jesus was not tempted in the sense that Jesus wasn’t persuaded by Satan.
