Jesus was tempted during his life but never sinned. By His death He conquered evil and is no longer subject to temptation. God the Father and God the Holy Spirit are not and never have been subject to temptation.
Part of the confusion is also caused by the two meanings of the word “tempt”- “to (try to) persuade or attract to do something”.
Jesus was tempted by Satan in the sense that Satan tried to persuade him to do evil. Jesus was not tempted in the sense that Jesus wasn’t persuaded by Satan.
