As your hearts have been disposed to stray from God; turn now ten times the more to seek him;

What is the significance of ten times the more?

My take – he’s telling the Judahites that they need to spend a lot more energy seeking God than they were spending chasing sin.

I think this is similar to:

21* Then Peter came up and said to him, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? As many as seven times?” 22 Jesus said to him, "I do not say to you seven times, but seventy times seven.

As I recall ten times is an Aramaic expression for “Much, much more!”
