Terrible anxiety (again) tonight

I’ve started worrying/obsessing about something that I haven’t thought about in a few years. I don’t know what has suddenly caused it again, but it’s as if this has popped back into my mind and I can’t get it out. I feel as if it’s Satan trying to sabotage me. I’ve been feeling really thankful for the Lord’s help with my dental problems and some general life issues, and now this has to come flooding back.

If you could please say a prayer for me tonight I would greatly appreciate it.

I am definitely praying that God Blesses you with the strength, perseverance, and peace of mind to live life to its fullest and happily

Almighty God, We bless you for our lives, we give you praise for your abundant mercy and grace we receive. We thank you for your faithfulness even though we are not that faithful to you. Lord Jesus, we ask you to give us all around peace in our mind, body, soul and spirit. We want you to heal and remove everything that is causing stress, grief, and sorrow in our lives.

Please guide our path through life and make our enemies be at peace with us. Let your peace reign in our family, at our place of work, businesses and everything we lay our hands on.

Let your angels of peace go ahead of us when we go out and stay by our side when we return. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
 
continued prayers. hope you had a good night. I have been waking up between 2-4 in the morning and can’t go back to sleep. I suffer from anxiety too.
