🙂 I know that Tertullian was a theologian and that there was anoother group called the Montanist I stumbled across Tertullians name but all his writings were in Latin. I think it was about a New Prophecy,Who was he and who were the Montanists? Thank You Nancy. And if you use the word Cataphrygians I;m not to sure what that is either.

Tertullian is perhaps best known for coining the term “Trinity” to describe the Godhead. Other formulations that first appear in his work are “three Persons, one Substance” as the Latin “tres Personae, una Substantia” (itself from the Koine Greek “treis Hypostases, Homoousios”), and also the terms vetus testamentum (“old testament”) and novum testamentum (“new testament”).

I don’t quite understand the request for scriptures, and two I’m not a Catholic so I don’t think I could speak for them, but I assume they do use Bibles lol.
