And the devil showed him all the kingdoms of the world and said to him, ‘All these I will give you, if you will fall down and worship me’ 

– Matthew 4.8-10

Job 1.1

“was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil"

. God then offers Job to the Devil with a condition:

“he is in thine hand; but save his life”

.

So the Devil smites Job

“with sore boils from the sole of his foot unto his
crown”. – Job 1

The Devil ‘tests’ Jesus and God, using the Devil for his dirty work, ‘tests’ Job.

Are these both tests or are these both tests?

The difference is that one of those really happened and another one of those is, at best, a poetic interpretation of actual events, and at worst a pious fiction.

Job is one of three books called the Sifrei Emet. The other two are books in this category are Psalms and Proverbs–which should give you a clue as to how to interpret Job.
