When I went to Mass yesterday and recieved the Eucharist, He did not stick to my mouth! In fact, the Host was rather more crunchy and swallowed it easily and told our Lord, thank You! 😃

That tells me that maybe He did cling to my mouth Thursday evening and didn’t want to let go! LOL! But yesterday, He went down easily.

What do you guys think? 🙂
 
It depends, sometimes the host is sticky and you have to kind of let it sit on the top of your mouth until is starts to dissolve and you get it down, sometimes it breaks up right away and goes right down.

As long as all of the host is consumed, I don’t think it really matters.

Although some prefer not to chew the Eucharist if at all possible. I try to avoid this myself. (I don’t think there’s a rule or anything, just preference.)

Not a lot, 🙂 usually the Host is dissolved in about 30 seconds with me.
I still get the same emotion that I first got when I made my Holy Communion, 40 years ago.

Every Communion is like my first in other words, I felt in my heart that I was receiving something special, and that hasn’t changed.
