Thank you for sharing that, it was a really nice story. I like that website.😃

I agree that was a real nice story. I am so glad for you. I have a funny St Anthony story. I was caring for an elderly woman who was suffering from alzhiemers disease. She had always been a devout catholic and had some nice statues in her bedroom. One of them was a large statue of St Anthony holding baby Jesus. A few times a week she would go to the senior center for the day…the senior center that she had a big hand in opening a few years before she became ill. So while she was gone I wanted to go to the gym, but she had the habit of picking things up and putting them in real odd places. I go to get my car keys and I can’t find them. So I say my prayer to St. Anthony and he usually finds things for me in minutes. I go searching the house for an hour or so and by this time I’m screaming at St. Anthony. No sooner had I finished my little inside hissy fit I go back into her bedroom and right on the statue of St Anthony where Jesus is being cradled is my keys! I was floored. I was ā€œpunkedā€ by St Anthony.

I was ā€œpunkedā€ by St Anthony.
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I was helping cook a meal at Church and the lady leading us could not, for the life of her, find the flour. I told her to ask St. Anthony, but she was skeptical about his ā€˜abilities’. So I prayed, and found it in the first place I looked; buried in a box under plates, napkins, and plastic silverware. (A box, that when I started digging in it, the lady said "no, it couldn’t be in there).

Your story is, of course, much more moving and touching. šŸ‘ Great example of the love and care of Christ’s saints.

Thank you St. Anthony!

Haha!

I’m dating a girl who is Reformed. She always loses things, and I always go after St. Anthony and she screams ā€œCoincidence!ā€ every time.

Finally, one time she REALLY needed her keys and couldn’t find them, so she said, ā€œOkay, do your thing.ā€

Then she found them immediately.

She also lost her university ID, and had despaired of finding it. The day after I asked St. Anthony . . . she gets an e-mail saying someone finds it.

Once I lost my prayer book and I prayed and asked St. Anthony to help me find it. It was found a few months later. I have since lost it again. :o

Yes Thank you St. Anthony indeed!
Thanks for sharing this inspirational story and your wonderful website.
God bless
Amy
