for allowing me to post here. even though I am Orthodox and not Eastern Catholic. The only thing that prevents me from Being Eastern Catholic is there are NO EC churches nearer than 350 miles.

Where I live on the NM/Tex border it is baptists uber alles.

I don’t have milk in my tea, and I will give the cookies to kitty to lose wieght. So no problem.👍

This part of CA is supposed to be for just Eastern Catholics and as an Orthodox Christian I feel like an honoured guest. I really my the gratititude I expressed.

Oh! 😊 My bad… I did actually get that, based on what you posted. I’m latin rite and I thought that I may have interloped a bit but I happened to be in a super-friendly mood at that moment! Hopefully, other eastern rite posters will respond to what was actually your original post.

But, please know, we were all genuine even if it seemed jokey. :o

You are very welcome. Like I said I would be Eastern Catholic if a church was available, Ruthenian to be exact.

I agree %100 with Catholic teaching, and the difference is very small between Latin and
Eastern, and Orthodox.
