I had a prayer thread a while ago about a local priest who took leave of absence for a few months for an unspecified personal reason (except we were informed it was not a “legal” reason, which I took to mean he was not accused of any misbehavior). That thread got closed, so I am starting this new one to thank everyone for their prayers and give thanks to God that the priest has now returned. He looks better (maybe gained some weight) and I hope he will be sticking around now for good, since his ministry is important to this community and his absence also did away with one of the daily Masses that is most convenient for me and others to attend.

Thank you Jesus! Thanks also to Mary, Joseph, St. John Vianney, and all on CAF for their prayers for this priest and for his parish community.
