Dear Friends,
As you might recall I had a major disk crash on my other computer on Holy Thursday. We only managed to retrieve data from the D drive. Most of the data which contained the most important files were on the C drive and was lost. We might still run a special program and try our luck to get them back. (There are some important files there, but if they can’t be retrieved we will reconstruct whatever we need).
The one file that really mattered to me was on the C drive. It is the book that I have been working on for over three years, (on miracles and favours granted by the saints, angels, the Holy Souls in Purgatory, The Infant Jesus of Prague etc). These stories were gathered from family, friends and acquaintances. The book also has original articles that I have written on the Rosary and miracles. We have just found a backup for the book on the external hard drive. It is a little old, but I compared it to my hard copy and most of the book is there! I did not know that we had this copy of the book.
In addition on the D drive there are another two files which are part of the book! There is some new material, but it will be easy enough to type and put it back up and then I can work on the editing which I have marked on the hard copy. I am so thrilled.

P.S. The news gets even better!
We have just found a copy of the book file (on a memory stick) that is far more recent than the copy on the external hard drive and which includes the two extra articles (for the book) from the D drive of the stricken computer and more recent work on the book as well.
