Just to say many many thanks to the Sacred Heart for constantly working things out for me! I have a very special request to ask of Him at the moment and I know He will grant it to me in whatever way He sees fit.
This is a wonderful novena prayer. I would recommend it very much.
Dear Heart of Jesus: In the past I have asked for many favours. This time I ask You for this special favour ( mention it ). Take it, dear Heart of Jesus, and place it within Your own broken heart where Your Father sees it. Then in His merciful eyes, it will become Your favour not mine.
Say this prayer for three days. Promise publication and favour will be granted. Never known to fail.

What do you mean by promise publication? I could really do with this prayer you see!

I pray to the Sacred Heart daily and take much comfort in it.

Catherine, bless you for your gratitude for God’s goodness to you.

May God, in His great love, for you grant your intention in the most beneficial way.

“Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end, Amen.”
🙂

Be wary of prayers that require you to promise publication and that are followed by ‘never known to fail’. These smack of both superstitious ritual and of presuming on God’s goodness, treating Him as a vending machine which MUST produce what you want if you put in the appropriate prayers, or who won’t do anything unless you put in the correct price (promise of publication).

The prayer is beautiful, yes, and it’s fine to pray it and publicise it, but please do so without the* requirement *of publication and without the ‘never-fail’ claims, please.

Praying for you now! May the Sacred Heart of Jesus be with you always.

I agree with you LilyM. I only included the “promise publication” part because that was how I found it in the newspaper and I wanted to write it here exactly as I found it. It is a beautiful prayer that will be answered by God whether you publish it or not, and not necessarily in the way you want it answered but in God’s way. I often say it, but only once have a published it in a paper. He still always answers my prayers though whether published or not! 😉
