That harassing customer never bothers me again

There is a customer who has harassed me and is fixated on me. He has done many things to upset me and make me uncomfortable to the point of tears but nothing criminal. He will come to my workplace and leer at me for hours. He has been abusive, yelling at me once for not saying a good enough goodbye to him. He has grabbed my hands and asked me why won’t I look at him. He leers at me. He has been told to stay away from me and that I want nothing to do with him by a nice customer who’s known him for years and loathes him. He is married, much older than me and a belligerent alcoholic.

My employer is aware of the situation but the customer has done nothing he can be thrown out for. Other coworkers say to just ignore him. Ignoring him hasn’t stopped him as he is a true predator. It has only made him angrier and more determined to get my attention. It has been 8 months of this. Other coworkers jokingly say it’s my fault for being attractive. I try to dress in shapeless dowdy clothing when I think he might come in to my workplace. My managers said if he does anything again that they’ll speak to him. But I am incredibly angry and upset.

I have done everything I can. I am looking for a new job. I have tried every technique for dealing with predatory harassers and nothing has worked. I’ve made every manager aware of the situation.

No one can help me but prayers to God. I have cried at work numerous times because of his behavior. I am praying that something prevents this horrible man from coming into my workplace ever again or seeing me or talking to me ever again.

His actions ARE criminal. File complaints with the police if you must, praying for you…

Dear Jesus,
Please protect the OP from any further harm from this harassing customer and give the OP the strength to deal with this situation and quickly resolve it, or to permanently remove themself from the bad situation.
In Jesus’ Name I humbly pray. Amen.

We fly to thy patronage, O Holy Mother of God,
Despite not our petitions in our necessities (especially the OP’s petition here for protection from harassing customer),
but deliver us (especially the OP) always from all dangers,

If he even does that again and there are bruises…
